Ordered 12/05 and received 01/07. Looks just as pictured. Insert is attached and snaps down in the front, it's made of microfiber with a fleece top. Design is identical to the Imagine Baby Stay Dry All-in-One diapers but costs half the price. I can't say anything about it's effectiveness yet since my baby won't be here until March, will update review once used.

Ordered 2 of these 6 days apart. The first one was ordered 12/05 and arrived about a month later on 01/07. This one was ordered 12/11 and didn't arrive until over 10 weeks later on 02/24. I haven't been able to use these because baby isn't here yet but I will update my review once I have.
